The Town of Exeter Selectboard is pleased to announce the appointment of Joel Vail as Town Manager.

Joel will serve as full-time Town Manager effective September 19, 2025.

He is available to meet Townspeople during regular office hours (Tuesday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm).
